Pyrotechnics are classified as explosive articles and must be purchased, stored, transported, and used responsibly and legally.

I agree to store Pyro in:

a cool, dry environment,
away from heat sources, ignition sources, and open flames,
in original packaging where possible,
in a secure location inaccessible to minors or unauthorized persons.

✔ No Liability for Customer Storage

I understand that:

once delivered, EJ’s Pursuits Ltd is not responsible for deterioration or malfunction caused by storage conditions;
faulty pyro cannot be claimed for after delivery due to external factors outside the company’s control.

✔ Use at My Own Risk

I acknowledge that improper use may result in serious injury or property damage and that I am fully responsible for the safe operation of these products.

✔ No Unlawful Use

I will not use Pyro:

in restricted public spaces,
in a reckless or dangerous manner,
for unlawful activities,
or in violation of local site rules (e.g., airsoft sites or event venues).

✔ Recall Compliance

I agree to follow any manufacturer recall instructions, including:

returning items if required,
following advisory notices,
complying with shortened fuse-time advisories if applicable.
