AIRSOFT TEAM AGREEMENT / TERMS & CONDITIONS

EJ’s Pursuits Ltd – Airsoft Team Bulk Buy Scheme

1. Definitions

“Company” refers to EJ’s Pursuits Ltd.
“Team” refers to the applying airsoft group.
“Representative” is the primary contact authorised to make purchases.
“Scheme” refers to the Airsoft Team Bulk Buy programme.

2. Eligibility & Approval

2.1. Teams must have five or more active members.
2.2. Evidence of activity must be provided (social media, membership, events).
2.3. Acceptance into the scheme is at the sole discretion of EJ’s Pursuits Ltd.
2.4. Approval may be revoked at any time for misuse or non-compliance.

3. Legal Compliance (RIFs & Age-Restricted Items)

3.1. RIF purchases must comply with UK law—including valid defences such as:

UKARA
Site membership
Film/TV reenactment defence
Museum/collector purposes

3.2. Team membership does NOT replace the need for individual legal defences.
3.3. Buyers must be 18 or older for restricted items.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to refuse any restricted-item sale.

4. Ordering & Discounts

4.1. Discounts vary depending on:

Team size
Order volume
Frequency of purchases

4.2. Discounts cannot be combined with:

Discount codes
Sale items
Clearance stock

4.3. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd may modify discount levels at any time.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. All orders are Pro-Forma (payment in full before dispatch).
5.2. No credit terms will be provided to team accounts.

6. Stock & Dropshipping

6.1. Items may be shipped directly from manufacturers or wholesalers.
6.2. Availability may fluctuate; alternatives or refunds will be offered if needed.

7. Returns & Warranty

7.1. Returns follow the Company’s Returns Policy.
7.2. Faulty goods may require manufacturer inspection.

8. Conduct & Misuse

Teams must NOT:

Abuse discount tiers
Misrepresent affiliation
Resell items at profit
Supply restricted goods unlawfully

EJ’s Pursuits Ltd may terminate the agreement immediately for any misuse.

9. Termination

The Company may terminate participation if:

Team ceases activity
Misuse or fraud is identified
Legal compliance is not met
Payment issues occur

10. Agreement Acceptance

Submission of the application form constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
