1. Purpose of This Policy

This Wholesale Pricing Policy explains how EJ’s Pursuits Ltd (“the Company”) assigns and manages trade pricing, discount tiers, and supply conditions for business customers, including retailers, shooting ranges, airsoft sites, and other commercial partners.

 

2. Wholesale Pricing Structure

2.1. Wholesale prices and discounts are not fixed and vary depending on:

  • Trade account type

  • Nature of business

  • Annual spending volume

  • Product category

  • Stock availability and supplier pricing

  • Trading history

2.2. Discounts are applied based on the Company’s current retail prices or established wholesale tiers.

2.3. Certain items, including restricted or regulated products, may not qualify for discounts.

2.4. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd reserves the right to update wholesale pricing at any time.

 

3. Minimum Spend Requirements

3.1. All Trade Accounts must meet the minimum spend thresholds assigned to their tier.

3.2. Spend requirements may apply:

  • Annually

  • Quarterly

  • Per order

3.3. Failure to meet minimum spend may result in:

  • Reduced discount tier

  • Temporary account hold

  • Reassessment before reinstating trade pricing

  • Account closure (in severe cases)

 

4. Trade Account Categories

Trade Accounts may fall under:

  • Retailer / Shop

  • Shooting Club / Range

  • Airsoft Site

  • Training Provider

  • Commercial or Government Body

  • Dropship Trade Partner

Each category carries its own pricing expectations and eligibility requirements.

 

5. Initial Account Terms – Pro-Forma

5.1. All new Trade Accounts operate on a Pro-Forma basis, meaning orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

5.2. Accounts remain on Pro-Forma for a minimum of 6 months.

5.3. During this period we assess:

  • Payment reliability

  • Order frequency

  • Relationship conduct

  • Minimum spend compliance

 

6. Eligibility for Credit Terms

6.1. After the initial 6-month trading period, customers may request a credit account review.

6.2. Eligibility criteria may include:

  • Prompt and reliable payment history

  • Sufficient annual spend

  • A satisfactory credit search (with customer consent)

6.3. Credit terms, limits, and duration are granted entirely at EJ’s Pursuits Ltd’s discretion.

 

7. Non-Compliance & Enforcement

7.1. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Adjust or revoke discount levels

  • Enforce Pro-Forma terms

  • Suspend or close Trade Accounts

  • Restrict access to wholesale-only items

7.2. Misuse of trade pricing or breach of policy may lead to immediate account termination.

 

8. Confidential Pricing

8.1. Wholesale pricing and discount structures are strictly confidential.
8.2. Disclosure to the public, competitors, or non-approved parties may result in:

  • Removal from the trade programme

  • Legal action where applicable

 

9. Restricted Items & Licensing Requirements

9.1. Some products supplied under trade terms are classified as restricted items under UK law, including but not limited to:

  • Firearms and components

  • Ammunition

  • Air weapons

  • Knives and edged tools

  • Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs)

  • Age-restricted equipment

9.2. These items cannot be sold or supplied without the appropriate licences, certificates, or statutory defences.

9.3. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd will require verification such as:

  • Firearm Certificates (FAC)

  • Shotgun Certificates (SGC)

  • RFD credentials

  • Age verification

  • UKARA or airsoft site membership

9.4. A Trade Account does not automatically grant access to restricted items.

9.5. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd may refuse, delay, or cancel orders where legal compliance cannot be confirmed.
