14.1 Some Goods are dispatched directly from our suppliers or manufacturers (“drop-shipped”).
14.2 Delivery times for drop-shipped items may differ from standard delivery times; we will provide estimates where possible.

16.2 Full details are set out in our Returns & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

17. Returns & Faulty Goods

17.1 Our Returns & Cancellation Policy explains how to return unwanted or faulty Goods and sets out applicable time limits and conditions.
17.2 Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition to any warranty offered.

18. Warranty

18.1 Many Goods come with a manufacturer’s warranty; details (if any) will be supplied with the product or listed on the Website.
18.2 Our own warranty, where stated, typically covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to:

  • Normal, intended use;

  • Proper care and maintenance;

  • No unauthorised modifications or misuse.

18.3 Wear and tear, accidental damage, neglect, improper storage or unauthorised repairs are not covered.
18.4 Warranty remedies are usually repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion), in line with your statutory rights.

19. Limitation of Liability (Goods)

19.1 If Goods are not as described, faulty or damaged, our responsibility is, at our option, to:

  • Repair the Goods; or

19.2 We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss;

  • Loss of profit, income, business, or goodwill.

19.5 Your statutory rights are not affected.

PART C – AGE-RESTRICTED & REGULATED PRODUCTS

This section applies in addition to Parts A and B where your Order includes licensed firearms, unlicensed air weapons, knives, ammunition, airsoft RIFs or other age-restricted products.

20. General Age Verification

20.1 We will not supply Age-restricted Goods to anyone under the relevant legal minimum age.
20.2 We operate an age-verification policy (for example Challenge 21/25) and may require valid photo ID (e.g. passport, UK photocard driving licence, or other acceptable proof of age).
20.3 If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age or legal entitlement, we will cancel the Order or refuse collection and refund you for the Goods (minus any non-recoverable costs such as special order fees, where lawful).

21. Knives, Tools & Bladed Articles

21.1 It is illegal to sell most knives and certain bladed tools to anyone under 18 in the UK.
21.2 By ordering any knife or bladed tool from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are purchasing for lawful purposes.
21.3 We may carry out additional age and identity checks for online orders, including third-party age-verification services.
21.4 We reserve the right to refuse any sale if we are not satisfied that the transaction is lawful or appropriately verified.

22. Licensed Firearms & Ammunition

22.1 We will only sell or transfer licensed firearms, shotguns and ammunition in strict compliance with UK firearms legislation and Home Office guidance.
22.2 You must hold a valid, original Firearm Certificate (FAC) and/or Shotgun Certificate (SGC) authorising possession and acquisition of the relevant firearm and/or ammunition.
22.3 By placing an Order for licensed firearms or ammunition, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;

  • You lawfully hold the necessary certificate(s);

  • The details you provide are accurate and up to date.

22.4 We will normally require:

  • Physical inspection of your certificate on collection or transfer; and/or

  • Recording the relevant certificate details;

  • Where finance or compliance checks apply, we may securely store a digital copy of your licence as proof of lawful supply (in line with our Data Protection Policy).

22.5 Delivery & Collection

  • We will not ship licensed firearms or ammunition to a private residential address by ordinary courier.

  • Transfer will usually be via:

    • Collection from our premises; or

    • Transfer to another Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD) by prior arrangement.

  • You must present your valid certificate upon collection/transfer.

22.6 We reserve the right to refuse any firearms or ammunition transaction where we are not satisfied that all legal requirements are met.

23. Unlicensed Air Weapons (Where Applicable)

23.1 Certain low-powered air weapons may not require a firearm certificate in some parts of the UK, but are still subject to age restrictions and other legal controls.
23.2 We will not sell air weapons or airgun ammunition to anyone under 18.
23.3 By ordering an air weapon or associated ammunition, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18; and

  • You will use and store the item lawfully and safely.

23.4 Additional local restrictions may apply (for example in Scotland or Northern Ireland); it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the law in your area.

24. Airsoft RIFs, Imitation Firearms & Defences

24.1 Under UK law, the sale of Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs) is restricted. We will only sell RIFs where a valid legal defence exists (for example):

  • You are a regular airsoft skirmisher (e.g. with valid site membership or UKARA-style registration);

  • The RIF is for film, television, theatre or historical re-enactment use;

  • Museum, collecting or other recognised defences permitted by law.

24.2 We may require supporting evidence, such as:

  • Active airsoft site membership details;

  • Valid defence number from an approved scheme;

  • Proof of employment/engagement in film, theatre or similar.

24.3 For two-tone / non-realistic imitation firearms, we will still require you to be 18 or over and may conduct age verification checks.
24.4 If we are not satisfied that you have a valid defence or are lawfully entitled to purchase a RIF, we will refuse the sale and cancel the Order.

25. Refusal & Termination of Age-Restricted Sales

25.1 We may refuse, cancel or terminate any Order for Age-restricted or regulated products if:

  • We cannot verify your age or identity;

  • There is doubt about your legal entitlement;

  • We suspect misuse or unlawful intent; or

  • You fail to comply with these Terms.

25.2 In such cases we will refund the product price where appropriate, minus any reasonable costs already incurred (for example, special order fees or non-refundable third-party charges), where lawful.

PART D – DATA & PRIVACY

26. Data Collection & Use

26.1 We collect and process personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
26.2 Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy for full details.

27. Your Data Rights

27.1 You have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to processing of your data, and to data portability, subject to legal conditions.
