1. Gift Voucher Values

1.1. Gift Vouchers are available in the denominations offered by EJ’s Pursuits Ltd (“the Company”) at the time of purchase.

1.2. The value of each Gift Voucher is determined solely by the amount selected and paid for by the purchaser.

1.3. A Gift Voucher holds no monetary value until it has been purchased, issued, and activated by the Company.

 

2. Expiry Period

2.1. All Gift Vouchers issued by the Company are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2.2. After the 12-month validity period, any unused balance expires automatically and the Gift Voucher becomes void, whether fully or partially redeemed.

2.3. The Company is under no obligation to extend, reinstate, replace, or reissue expired Gift Vouchers.

 

3. Format of Gift Vouchers

3.1. Gift Vouchers may be issued in physical or electronic format.

3.2. The format supplied is at the sole discretion of EJ’s Pursuits Ltd, depending on availability and operational requirements.

3.3. Physical and electronic Gift Vouchers are subject to the same terms, conditions, and expiry period.

 

4. Use & Redemption

4.1. Gift Vouchers may be redeemed only against goods or services offered directly by EJ’s Pursuits Ltd.

4.2. Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit in full or in part.

4.3. If the purchase amount exceeds the Gift Voucher value, the customer must pay the remaining balance using an accepted payment method.

4.4. If the purchase total is less than the Gift Voucher value, any unspent balance may be used until the voucher expiry date.

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers

5.1. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of Gift Vouchers.

5.2. A replacement voucher may be issued only at the discretion of the Company, and only if:

  • proof of purchase is provided, and

  • the voucher has not been redeemed, and

  • loss or damage can be reasonably verified.

 

6. Fraud Prevention

6.1. The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or void any Gift Voucher if fraud, misuse, tampering, or unauthorised activity is suspected.

6.2. The Company may require proof of identity, order details, or other verification before accepting a voucher’s redemption.

 

7. Compliance With UK Law

7.1. This Gift Voucher Policy has been drafted in accordance with relevant UK legislation, including:

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015

  • Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations

  • Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) & CAP guidelines, where applicable

7.2. Nothing in this policy removes or restricts any statutory consumer rights under UK law.
