3. Stock Availability & Supplier Variations

 

3.1. Stock levels for dropshipped items are managed by the supplying party and may change rapidly.

 

3.2. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock or unavailable, we will:

 

contact you as soon as possible, and

 

offer an alternative product (if available), or

 

provide a refund for the unavailable item(s).

 

3.3. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by supplier stock fluctuations but will always keep you informed and provide solutions.

 

4. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

 

4.1. All enquiries, concerns, warranty issues, or complaints relating to dropshipped items must be directed to EJ’s Pursuits Ltd, not the supplier.

 

4.2. We will then liaise with the supplying manufacturer/wholesaler on your behalf to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

4.3. Customers should not attempt to return items directly to the supplier unless explicitly instructed by us to do so.

 

5. Returns & Cancellations for Dropshipped Items

 

5.1. Returns must follow our Returns & Cancellation Policy and begin by contacting EJ’s Pursuits Ltd.

 

5.2. Dropshipped items may have different return procedures depending on the supplier; we will provide instructions where necessary.

 

5.3. Special-order or supplier-only items may be non-refundable unless faulty or required by law.

 

6. Liability

 

6.1. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd remains your contractual seller under UK consumer law, even when items are shipped directly from third-party partners.

 

6.2. We are responsible for ensuring products meet legal requirements, arrive in satisfactory condition, and match their description.

 

6.3. Supplier fulfilment does not reduce your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
