Bulk Pyro Policy
Introduction
EJ’s Pursuits Ltd supplies bulk quantities of pyrotechnic products (“Pyro”) in accordance with UK explosive regulations and ADR-certified transport requirements. This policy outlines delivery procedures, restrictions, and safety expectations for Bulk Pyro orders.
2. Bulk Supply Conditions
2.1. Bulk Pyro is supplied by the box only.
2.2. Delivery options:
• Home address
• Business/work address
• Collection from our Manston store
2.3. Orders are dispatched directly from manufacturers or their authorised warehouses.
2.4. Bulk Pyro always ships separately from other items.
3. Delivery & Handling
3.1. Delivered only via ADR-certified specialist transport companies.
3.2. No tracking information will be provided for security reasons.
3.3. All Bulk Pyro must be signed for by an adult, aged 18 + with Valid Photo ID.
3.4. Redelivery fees may apply if no one is present at the first attempt.
4. Storage Responsibility After Delivery
4.1. Responsibility for safe and lawful storage transfers to the customer immediately upon delivery.
4.2. Pyro must be stored in safe, cool, dry environments following manufacturer guidelines and UK explosive safety standards.
4.3. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd is not liable for degradation or malfunction caused by customer storage conditions.
5. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods
5.1. No refunds will be issued once Bulk Pyro has been delivered.
5.2. Faulty Pyro cannot be claimed for after delivery due to the many external factors that may affect performance (e.g., storage temperature, humidity, handling).
5.3. Any performance inconsistencies arising after delivery fall under customer storage responsibility.
6. Additional Shipping Costs
6.1. Bulk Pyro requires specialised ADR courier services that incur additional shipping charges.
6.2. These charges are set by manufacturers and ADR hauliers and are non-negotiable.
6.3. Costs will be stated at checkout or during order confirmation.
6.4. Redelivery fees may apply if no one if present to receive the order after the 1st attempt.
7. Special Discounts & Promotions
7.1. Promotions may be offered by EJ’s Pursuits Ltd or manufacturers.
7.2. Promotions may be withdrawn without notice.
7.3. Promotional pricing is subject to stock and supplier availability.
8. Legal & Safety Compliance
8.1. Customers must be 18 or older to purchase Pyro.
8.2. All buyers must adhere to:

• ADR transport rules
• Manufacturer safety instructions
8.3. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd may refuse supply if legal compliance is questionable.
9. Drop shipping
9.1. All Bulk Pyro orders are fulfilled by manufacturers or wholesalers directly.
9.2. Storage prior to dispatch meets regulated explosive safety requirements.
9.3. Delivery remains fully compliant with ADR rules.
10. Manufacturer Defects & Product Recalls
10.1. On rare occasions, manufacturers may identify a defect affecting certain batches of Pyro.
In such cases, EJ’s Pursuits Ltd will notify all affected customers promptly using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
10.2. If the manufacturer issues an official product recall, EJ’s Pursuits Ltd will arrange for the items to be collected by an authorised courier in compliance with ADR requirements. Customers must make the products available for collection at an agreed time.
10.3. If the manufacturer reports a reduced fuse delay, shortened ignition time, or any advisory affecting product performance, EJ’s Pursuits Ltd will relay this information immediately.
10.4. Any remedies offered in these situations will be strictly limited to the options provided by the manufacturer, which may include:

Advisory-only notices (in cases where items remain safe for use)
10.5. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd cannot offer compensation, refunds, or returns beyond what the manufacturer authorises.
