1. General Terms

1.1. Discount codes issued by EJ’s Pursuits Ltd (“the Company”) are promotional tools provided at the Company’s sole discretion.

1.2. All discount codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

1.3. The Company reserves the absolute right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any discount code at any time, without prior notice, where legally permissible.

1.4. Discount codes may be subject to additional terms, conditions, restrictions, or usage criteria communicated at the time of issue.

2. Sponsored, Partnership & Promotional Codes

2.1. Discount codes issued to Sponsored Shooters, Shooting Teams, Content Creators, Airsoft Players, Airsoft Teams, Affiliates, or Promotional Partners (“Sponsored Parties”) are provided solely for authorised promotional use.

2.2. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd retains full discretion to revoke, deactivate, modify, or suspend these codes at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

misuse

breach of agreement

reputational concerns

non-compliance with promotional guidelines

inactivity

changes to marketing strategy

2.3. Once revoked, a code becomes immediately invalid, and any attempted use will be declined.

3. Goodwill Gesture Codes

3.1. Goodwill gesture discount codes are issued at the Company’s discretion as a voluntary customer service courtesy.

3.2. These codes will include an explicit expiry date at the time of issue.

3.3. Once expired, goodwill codes are void, and the Company is under no obligation to reissue, extend, or replace them.

4. Usage Limits

4.1. Certain discount codes may include:

a maximum total usage cap,

a per-customer limit, or

a one-time redemption rule.

4.2. Once the usage limit is reached, the code will automatically expire and cannot be used again.

4.3. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd is not required to notify customers when a usage limit has been reached.

5. Single-Use Codes

5.1. Some discount codes are authorised for one (1) use per registered customer account only.

5.2. Once redeemed, a single-use code cannot be reused under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

order cancellation

returns or refunds

use on additional accounts

attempts to bypass account restrictions

technical workarounds or sharing

5.3. The Company may verify identity or customer information to enforce one-use restrictions.

5.4. Attempts to circumvent single-use or restricted code limitations may result in:

cancellation of orders

revocation of discount codes

account suspension or termination

6. Restrictions & Exclusions

6.1. Discount codes cannot be used with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless expressly stated.

6.2. Codes may be restricted to:

specific products

specific categories

specific dates

minimum order values

6.3. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

6.4. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or alternative discounts.

7. Misuse of Discount Codes

7.1. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

unauthorised sharing or public posting of restricted codes

creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

using false or misleading customer details

claiming to offer discounts not authorised by EJ’s Pursuits Ltd

7.2. The Company may take action including:

cancelling affected orders

deactivating discount codes

suspending or closing customer accounts

removing Sponsored or Affiliate privileges

refusing future promotional participation

8. Fraud Prevention & Security Measures

8.1. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd employs automated and manual fraud detection systems to monitor discount code use.

8.2. The Company reserves the right to:

cancel any order associated with suspected fraud

revoke related discount codes

suspend or ban customer accounts

decline future purchases or promotional involvement

8.3. Fraudulent activity may be reported to the relevant authorities under the Fraud Act 2006.

9. Data Use & Privacy Compliance

9.1. Personal data collected during discount code issuance or redemption is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9.2. Data may be used to:

verify eligibility and identity

prevent fraud and misuse

enforce promotion rules

track usage limits

maintain internal records

9.3. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except:

where required by law, or

for fraud prevention and operational security

9.4. Customers retain all statutory rights, including:

access

rectification

erasure

objection

data portability

as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Affiliate, Sponsored Partner & Creator Conduct

10.1. Affiliates, Sponsored Shooters, Influencers, Content Creators, Airsoft Teams, and Promotional Partners must use and distribute their codes only within approved guidelines.

10.2. Affiliates and Sponsored Parties must not:

use misleading claims or false advertising

share restricted codes outside approved channels

use their own codes for personal purchases unless explicitly permitted

encourage or facilitate misuse

run paid ads featuring codes without written approval

10.3. All promotional posts must comply with ASA/CAP advertising rules, including transparent disclosure (“Ad”, “Affiliate”, “Sponsored”, etc.).

10.4. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd may revoke codes or terminate partnerships immediately if conduct breaches these terms or risks damaging the Company’s reputation.

11. Monitoring & Enforcement

11.1. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd retains full authority to monitor discount code activity.

11.2. We may use technical, administrative, and legal means to enforce this policy.

11.3. The Company’s decisions regarding code activation, validation, revocation or enforcement are final.

ASA & CAP Advertising Codes

UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018

Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights.

13.1. EJ’s Pursuits Ltd reserves full discretion to interpret, modify, or update this Discount Code Policy at any time.

13.2. Use of any discount code constitutes acceptance of this Policy and its terms.
